Quilting Services and T-Shirt Quilt Order Returns and Refunds Policy:
Quilting and T-Shirt Quilt Orders are by nature a hand-made service and as such we are unable to provide Returns or Refunds for any Quilting Service or T-Shirt Quilt Order that we have begun work on.
Quilting Services and T-Shirt Quilt Orders rely on the customer sending in their T-Shirts or Quilt Tops. If we have not received your Quilt Top or T-shirts within 30 Days of submitting your Order, your deposit will be non-refundable.
Your Quilting Service or T-Shirt Quilt Order Deposit may be refunded back to the original form of payment within a 30-Day grace period as long as we have not received your Quilt Top or T-Shirts. If you have sent us your Quilt Top or T-Shirts the cost of shipping these back to you will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder refunded back to your original form of payment.
We do our very best to ensure your quilt comes out beautifully, however we are human and as such occasionally there are imperfections.
We use machine quilted designs and even though we purchase from quality Digital Quilt Designers they are also human and are therefore subject to the occasional mistake. We do our best to try to correct these issues but it is not always possible. If there is an issue with the design you have chosen we may contact you to discuss options. If the design elements are made to match the row above, please know that we do our best to get them to match up, however this is not something we can guarantee.
We use a a Longarm machine to quilt, as such on rare occasions it could have an equipment failure and in doing so cause damage to the quilt. We do everything humanly possible to keep that from happening however ultimately it is out of our control and we can not be held responsible for damage to your quilt from equipment failure. If this happens we will contact you immediately to discuss options.
You have placed your trust in us to use our best judgement and sometimes expectations of what your quilt will look like is not quite how it ends up looking like. We are not responsible for meeting expectations that have not been communicated clearly.
If you made the choice to allow us to pick the thread color or quilting design, you understand that YOU made that decision to put your trust in us to use our best judgement to decide what looks best for your quilt.
Final Invoice is Due In Full Upon Receipt for all Quilting Services and T-Shirt Quilt Orders. Your Quilt will not be released or shipped back to you until Full Payment has been received.
All Quilts must be picked up within 90 Days of Final Payment. After that they will be considered “abandoned” and disposed of at our discretion.
Quilts or T-Shirts that have been left with us but have not had a deposit paid towards a Quilting Service or T-Shirt Quilt Order will be considered “abandoned” after 90 Days and will be disposed of at our discretion.
Quilt Shop Returns and Refunds Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase but we understand sometimes things happen.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. The item must be in it’s original packaging and original unused condition. You will be responsible for the cost to ship it back. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Prior authorization is required for all refunds and returns . No item will be accepted without prior approval. Please email us at threadshenanigans@gmail.com in order to discuss returns/refunds.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
- All fabric is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable
- Custom Ordered hand-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable
