Shipping Information

Local Pick-up/Drop Off:

I am located in Madison (Madison County), Alabama. If you would like to drop-off your Quilt please contact me once you have submitted your Quilting Service Order Form to arrange a good time to meet.

Upon completion of your quilt I will send you a Final invoice via PayPal.  Once I have verified your Final payment I will arrange a good time for you to pick-up your quilt.  

Shipping your quilt:

You are responsible for the cost to ship your quilt to me however, I will pay to ship your Quilt back to you via Standard UPS and include $100.00 shipping insurance.  

Place the Quilt Top, Quilt Batting if you are providing it, Quilt Backing and a PRINTED COPY OF YOUR ORDER FORM in a plastic bag to help keep it safe from the elements then place the bag into a shipping envelope or box.  Your confirmation form has the Shipping Address for you to send it to me. Please send me your tracking information so that I can track your shipment.

Upon completion of your quilt I will send you a Final Invoice via PayPal.  Once I verify your Final Payment, I will ship your quilt back to you and send you the tracking information.  Please let me know when you receive your quilt so that I know there were no issues with it. 

I am not responsible for any damages to your quilt or loss of your quilt due to any part of the shipping process either from you to me or from me to you. I strongly recommend you purchase Shipping Insurance.

Quilts will not be shipped or released for pick-up until Final Payment has been made in full.
